Would like to see photo's and prices. Great timing on my part, I recently payed big bucks for a pair of 1201 XO's.

I was just reading on the Z19 crossover, they can be had for around or under $200 a pair in parts I believe.. Did you consider those or know about them badtoby? Wondering how people think they compare to the originals or the new offerings from GPA.. Yes would be nice to have prices and more info up on the site, would be nice to see the completed loudspeakers section have some offerings in it too..

This is all good news!!! Seems like they are doing well. I love working with GPA, they are a very nice group of gentlemen who truly care about their customers and their products, they have bent over backwards for me in the past. Thanks again GPA

Great that they're manufacturing the N1201-8A crossovers! I mentioned in a thread here several months ago that I had spoken to Bill at GPA and asked if that was something they might do since they already manufacture 416's, 802-8G's, and 902-8A's and he said at that time that they were considering it. It would allow people to build their own brand new Model 19's--just have to build the cabs and hunt down 811b horns which are typically pretty common and inexpensive on Ebay etc. I wonder if they'll have the two EQ pots or if they'll have fixed value resistors? I also wonder if they're using air core or solid core inductors and what brand caps they're using etc. (if I had to bet I'd say Solen since that's what they've recommended to me in the past). I agree--photos would be nice--they do have photos of most of their products on the website so hopefully they're on the way.....

The face plate is even the same as on the original 19 XO's... And the knobs are something I would like to get too, for replacements on some of my existing XO's..

wonder if he sourced those from the maker, or got them from former member Gamalot?

Gamalot had hundreds, had them made. I was in the process of getting a dozen or so from him when he just dropped off the internet not to be heard from again.

Yeah I was talking with Gary as well about them... The picture he sent me though, the silver outlined looked like it was magic marker...

They were the real deal. I'm pretty sure he sourced them from the original company that made them for Altec, spent a small fortune doing it as there was a minimum order of like 500 pieces. They looked right as rain in person, some of the 19 networks i got from him had new knobs and some had old, you couldn't tell which were which unless there was dirt or smudges on the old ones.
